SUCTION UNIT FOR CONCRETE PUMP
To install a device to prevent the stagnation and backflow of the transferred material due to the release to the atmosphere caused by switching with concrete valves and tube rollers, and the decrease in capacity caused by the delay in elastic time of the tube so as to maintain and improve the ability, and to install all necessary functions (all-in-one) for the unit body, which has been strengthened by improving the shape etc., so as to simplify the structure and mounting method of the main body, thereby increasing efficiency and diversifying work repertoire.SOLUTION: In order to prevent the deterioration of capacity, which is a problem of conventional units 28, 29, and 30, and in order to expand the strength, usage pattern, range, and efficiency, the shape, flow path, and mechanism are reviewed from the ground up, and valve devices 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 for maintaining and improving the capacity are mounted on units 4, 5, 14, and 18 that are provided with a two-system flow path. Further, the cylindrical tank 5 is an independent cylindrical tank in consideration of strength and stirring efficiency, and the structure and mounting method are simplified while a stirring device 6 is also mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】 従来のコンクリートポンプによる移送の問題点であった、コンクリートバルブやチューブ用ローラーでの切り換わりによる大気開放及び、チューブの弾性時間の遅れ等による能力の低下が原因の移送物の停滞や逆流を防ぐ装置を取り付けた事で能力の維持向上が可能になり、形状等の改良で強度を上げたユニット本体に必要な機能を全て搭載(オールインワン化)した事により、本体の構造及び取り付け方法も簡素化する事で効率化や作業のレパートリーの多様化させるものである。【解決手段】 従来のユニット28・29・30の問題点である能力の低下を防ぐためと、強度及び使用形態・範囲の拡大と効率の向上のため、根本から形状及び流路と機構を見直し、二系統化した流路を設けたユニット4・5・14・18に能力維持向上のためのバルブ装置7・8・9・10・12を搭載し、さらに円柱型のタンク5は強度・撹拌効率を考え独立した円柱型のタンクにし、更に撹拌装置6も搭載させながら構造及び取り付け方法も簡素化させた。【選択図】図7
