To provide a compaction management device that can be used to compact each layer densely by preventing initial defects generated between laminated concrete layers and also can be used at many concrete placing sites by being mounted to a cable part.SOLUTION: A compaction management device manages concrete compaction by a compaction device. The compaction device 10 has a vibrator 11 that is inserted into concrete C and vibrates therein, and a cable part 12 connected to the vibrator. The compaction management device 30 has distance measurement means that is mounted to the cable part and measures a distance up to a top face of the concrete, and notification means that notifies that prescribed time is passed after a measurement value of the distance measurement means reaches a prescribed value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
