To provide a drain pipe management system that facilitates drain pipe management and makes it possible to inform a user of degree of dirt on a drain pipe.SOLUTION: The drain pipe management system 8 comprises: a reflection type optical sensor 106 that detects an amount of dirt on the drain pipe to obtain dirt amount detection data; a transmission part 118 that transmits the dirt amount detection data obtained by a reflection type optical sensor 106; a receiving part 130 that receives dirt amount detection data transmitted from the transmission part 118; and a display device 100 that processes the dirt amount detection data received by the receiving part 130, determines a dirt amount of the drain pipe based on a processed result, and notifies a determined dirt amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
