To provide a force-feed pipeline structure which enables easy maintenance, a design method of the same, and an inspection method of a force-feed pipeline.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a force-feed pipeline structure, the design method of the same, and the inspection method of the force-feed pipeline, the force-feed pipeline structure comprises, in a force-feed pipeline 3: a lid 21f that can open and close an opening that opens inward from the side of at least one point of the force-feed pipeline 3; a manhole 10f that surrounds the lid 21f and opens toward the ground; a first valve 22f that is in a route of the force-feed pipeline 3, and is provided on an upstream side in a direction of sending sewage to the lid 21f; and a second valve 22g that is in the route of the force-feed pipeline 3, and is provided on a downstream side in the direction of sending sewage to the lid 21f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
