To make a door that can be opened by turning a grip rotatable without grabbing the grip.SOLUTION: A door push-open device comprises: a rotation mechanism A1 with a rotating body 2 that rotates in conjunction with the rotation axis of a grip 1; a pressing force mechanism B1 provided on a door body D and having an operating part 12 operated in the direction of approaching the door body D by receiving an external force F1 in the direction of pushing-open the door body D; and a conversion mechanism 13, 5a converting the movement of the operating part 12 in the direction of approaching the door body D into rotational movement of the rotating body 2.
