COATING MATERIAL FINISHING METHOD
To provide a coating material finishing method that can finish a texture of an external wall of a building into a texture similar to that of a mortar coating-finishing and can cope with vibrations of the building caused by earthquake, wind pressure and passing of a vehicle or the like and a crack of a substrate caused by the vibrations, without generating efflorescence on a surface part of a coating film.SOLUTION: A coating material finishing method comprises the steps of: applying and drying an application quantity being 0.6 kg-1.0 kg per 1 m2 of aqueous coating material composition so that trowel waves with wave intervals being 70-500 mm are consecutively formed in view of a cross section of a coating film; applying and drying the above quantity of another composition of the above kind on the above composition so that trowel-rattling waves with wave intervals being 1-10 nm are consecutively formed in the view of the cross section of the coating film; distributively applying, using a roller brush, an application quantity being 0.2 kg-0.4 kg per 1 m2 of sand wall-like coating material composition and then squeeze-applying it in a direction substantially orthogonal to an advancing direction of the trowel rattling waves and drying it; polishing, with polishing means, a surface of the coating material; and applying a top coat composition so as to finish the material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の外壁をモルタル塗り仕上げと同様なテクスチュアに仕上げると共に、塗膜表面部分に白華が生じることが無く、また建物の地震や風圧、車両の通過等による振動や該振動により生じた下地のひび割れに追従することが可能な塗材仕上げ工法を提供する。【解決手段】水系塗材組成物を1m2当り0.6kg~1.0kgの塗付量で塗膜断面視にて波間隔が70~500mmの鏝波が連続して形成されるように塗付して乾燥させ、この上に同組成物を、同塗付量で塗膜断面視にて波間隔が1~10mmの鏝ビビリ波が連続して形成されるように塗付して乾燥させ、次に砂壁状塗料組成物を1m2当り0.2kg~0.4kgの塗付量でローラー刷毛を使用して配り塗りした後、鏝ビビリ波の進行方向に対して略直角方向にシゴキ塗りして乾燥させ、研磨手段にて塗材表面を研磨し、トップコート組成物を塗付して仕上げることを特徴とする塗材仕上げ工法である。【選択図】図1
