COATING FINISHING METHOD, AND COATING MATERIAL COMPOSITION FOR THICK COATING USED THEREFOR
To provide a coating finishing method capable of finishing in a texture in which an inorganic texture of concrete and a texture of cedar boards are integrated such as the concrete cedar board floating finish on walls of a building, and a coating material composition for thick coating used therefor.SOLUTION: A coating finishing method includes the steps of: applying a water-based coating material composition at a coating weight of 0.6-1.0 kg/m2 and drying the same; applying a coating material composition for thick coating to a thickness of 2-4 mm thereon; and immediately after that, rolling a pattern roller with multiple unevennesses of 4-10 mm depth and 2-40 mm width on the surface to form unevenness of 4-10 mm; pressing the convex part almost smoothly so that the depth of the concave part is 1-5 mm and drying the same; polishing the surface of the dried coating material composition for thick coating with polishing means having an abrasive particle size of P60-P150; applying a top coat at a coating amount of 0.1-0.15 kg/m2 on top thereof; and immediately after that, finishing with patterning the wood grain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の壁をコンクリート杉板浮造り調仕上げの様なコンクリートの無機質感と杉板の風合いが一体となったテクスチュアに仕上げることが可能な塗材仕上げ工法、及びこれに使用する厚塗り用塗材組成物を提供する。【解決手段】水系塗材組成物を、塗付量０．６～１．０ｋｇ／ｍ２で塗付して乾燥させ、この上に厚塗り用塗材組成物を厚み２～４ｍｍとなるように塗付し、直ちに、表面に深さ４～１０ｍｍ、幅２～４０ｍｍの複数の凹凸を有するパターンローラーを転動させて４～１０ｍｍの凹凸を形成し、該凹部の深さが１～５ｍｍとなるように該凸部を略平滑に押さえた後乾燥させ、該乾燥した厚塗り用塗材組成物の塗材表面を研磨剤の粒度がＰ６０～Ｐ１５０の研磨手段にて研磨し、この上に上塗り塗料を塗付量０．１～０．１５ｋｇ／ｍ２で塗付し、直ちに、木目調に模様付けをして仕上げることを特徴とする塗材仕上げ工法である。【選択図】図１
