MOUNTING METAL FITTING FOR MOUNTING DISSIMILAR MATERIAL ON METAL ROOF
To provide a mounting metal fitting which can slidably mount dissimilar materials such as snow guards and solar power generators to a metal roof without using fixing means of bolt nuts and can freely set mounting angles of the dissimilar material.SOLUTION: A mounting metal fitting for mounting dissimilar materials 8 to a metal roof 2 consists of a horizontal plate part 36 for supporting the dissimilar materials 8, a downward refracting plate part 38 integrally formed downward with the horizontal plate part 36, a slide engaging part 40 with a U-shaped cross section for slidably fitting to downward refracting parts 20 and 28 of a joint rising part 4 of the metal roof, a side contact plate-shaped part 42 for contacting the side surface of a rising part 22 of the joint rising part 4 of the metal roof and an abutting refracting part 46 for facing the side surface of the downward refracting part 28 of the joint rising part 4 of the metal roof. A through hole 50 for inserting screw shafts is provided in the horizontal plate part 36, and the dissimilar materials 8 can be screwed to the horizontal plate part 36 at any angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】金属屋根に雪止めや太陽光発電などの異種材をボルトナットの固着手段を用いないでスライド可能に取り付けることができるょうにするとともに、異種材の取付角度を任意に設定することができる取付金具を提供する。【解決手段】金属屋根２に異種材８を取り付けるための取付金具であって、異種材８を支持するための水平板部３６と、該水平板部３６に下向きに一体的に形成された下向き屈折板部３８と、金属屋根の継手立ち上り部４の下向き屈折部２０，２８にスライド自在に嵌合させるための断面Ｕ字状のスライド係合部４０と、金属屋根の継手立ち上り部４の立ち上り部２２の側面に当接させるための側面当接板状部４２と、金属屋根の継手立ち上り部４の下向き屈折部２８の側面に対面させるための突き当て屈折部４６とから構成し、水平板部３６にねじ軸嵌挿用の貫通穴５０を設けて、該水平板部３６に異種材８を任意の角度でねじ止めできるようにする。【選択図】図２
