To raise livestock, to facilitate entry into vegetable cultivation, and to thereby secure farmer's income source, in order to change such a situation that a fallow paddy field or a neglected wasteland does not bring a review of earnings to farmers.SOLUTION: Taking an example of a fallow field, land utilization is sought to the underground. An underground barn, a vegetable cultivation greenhouse and a glass greenhouse are developed underground, and thereby even an elder new comer can manage a commercial-home garden.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
