FLOOD PREVENTION-TYPE BUILDING VENTILATION OPENING
To provide an instrument which prevents a flood through a ventilation opening into a building and inundation below and above floor level by easily replacing a ventilation component with a lid component in a screw-type attachment/detachment when a water damage is estimated since a ventilation opening is provided by installing a ventilation opening when newly constructing a building or by providing a new ventilation opening in a wall and a foundation part of an existing building by opening a circular hole using a concrete circularly boring tool etc.SOLUTION: A flood prevention-type ventilation opening can be replaced with a lid in a screw-type for preventing a flood through a ventilation opening into a building in a situation where a water damage frequently occurs year by year and damage such as inundation above floor level becomes huge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 建築物への換気口からの浸水を防止するため、新築時の設置のほか、既存建築物の壁及び基礎部分にコンクリート用円形くり抜き工具等で円形穴を開け、換気口を新たに設けることができる。水害発生予想時に、通風用部品を蓋用部品に取り替える。部品の取り替えは、ねじ式脱着で容易に交換して、床下、床上浸水を防止する器具を提供する。【解決手段】 年々水害が多発し、床上等の浸水被害も甚大となるなか、建築物への換気口からの浸水を防止するため、ねじ式で蓋に交換することのできる浸水防止型の換気口を特徴とする。【選択図】図２
