FLOW RATE CONTROL UNIT AND FLOW RATE CONTROL SYSTEM
To provide a flow rate control unit and a flow rate control system which have a simplified configuration and enable easy installation in an existing faucet.SOLUTION: A flow rate control unit 20 comprises: a main flow path R1 to which a flow path on-off valve 31 and a flow meter 41 are attached; a bypass flow path R2 that is configured so that the flow rate of a liquid is smaller than that of the main flow path R1 and is connected to the main flow path R1 by bypassing the flow path on-off valve 31; and a control unit 60 that controls an opening/closed state of the flow path on-off valve 31. The control unit 60 closes the flow path on-off valve 31 with a manual faucet opening when at least one of the flow rate of the liquid measured with the flow meter 41 or the flow time of the liquid measured with the flow meter 41 reaches a threshold value. The control unit 60 returns the flow path on-off valve 31 to an open state when the flow path on-off valve 31 is closed and the manual faucet is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】構成が簡略化されており、既設の水栓に容易に設置することができる。【解決手段】流量制御ユニット20は、流路開閉弁31、及び、流量計41が取り付けられた主流路R1と、主流路R1よりも液体の流量が小さくなるように構成されるとともに流路開閉弁31を迂回して主流路R1に接続されるバイパス流路R2と、流路開閉弁31の開閉状態を制御する制御部60とを備える。手動式水栓が開いた状態のとき、流量計41で測定された液体の流量、もしくは、流量計41で測定された液体の流通時間の少なくとも一方が閾値に達すると、制御部60によって流路開閉弁31を閉状態にする。流路開閉弁31が閉状態で手動式水栓が閉じた状態になると、制御部60によって流路開閉弁31を開状態に復帰させる。【選択図】図2
