To simplify a configuration of a precast column 10.SOLUTION: A construction method of a precast concrete member fills each of a plurality of through holes H formed on precast beams 20 with a filler G in a state where each of a plurality of column main reinforcements 12 projecting from precast columns 10 are inserted to one end side openings H1 of the plurality of through holes H, and thereby joins the precast beams 20 to the precast columns 10. The construction method injects the filler G from other end side openings H2 of a part of the plurality of through holes H, and fills the one end side openings H1 of other through holes H with the filler G through a joint part 40 between the precast beams 20 and the precast columns 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
