REINFORCED CONCRETE BLOCK, AND MASONRY WALL BODY AND MASONRY METHOD USING THE SAME
To reduce the trouble of construction concerning a reinforced concrete block, and a masonry wall body and a masonry method using the same.SOLUTION: A reinforced concrete block has a steel structure framework between a main face shell 1 and a sub-face shell 2, and the framework is a hollow frame structure forming a T-shape. The framework includes a main fixing plate 3, a sub-fixing plate 4, a baffle plate 5, a main connecting plate 6, and a sub-connecting plate 7, the baffle plate has the same spacing from the main fixing plate and a smaller spacing than the baffle plate's spacing with the sub-fixing plate, and the outer surface of the main connecting plate and the outer surface of the sub-connecting plate are provided with a vertical positioning groove 61 and a vertical positioning bar 71, respectively. The upper surface of the main face shell and the upper surface of the sub-face shell are each provided with lateral positioning rods 11, the lower surface of the main face shell and the lower surface of the sub-face shell are each formed with lateral positioning grooves, and a stripe groove 72 opened laterally is formed on the upper side of the sub-connecting plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】補強型コンクリートブロック・それを使用して組積した壁体・その組積方法に関して、施工の面倒を軽減する。【解決手段】補強型コンクリートブロックは、主フェイスシェル1と従フェイスシェル2との間に鋼構造の軸組が設けられ、軸組はT字型をなす中空ラーメン構造であり、軸組は、主固定板3と従固定板4と邪魔板5と主接続板6と従接続板7とを含み、邪魔板は、主固定板との間隔が同じであり、邪魔板の従固定板との間隔より小さく、主接続板の外側面と従接続板の外側面には、それぞれ縦位置決め溝61と縦位置決め棒71とが設けられ、主フェイスシェルの上面と従フェイスシェルの上面にそれぞれ横位置決め棒11が設けられ、主フェイスシェルの下面と従フェイスシェルの下面とにそれぞれ横位置決め溝が形成され、従接続板の上側辺には、横向きに開いた筋溝72が形成される。【選択図】図1
