HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE BLOCK, WALL BODY FOR WHICH MASONRY CONSTRUCTION IS PERFORMED USING THE SAME, AND MASONRY METHOD
To provide a high strength concrete block which solves a problem of conventional low efficiency, a masonry wall body using the same, and a masonry method.SOLUTION: A high strength concrete block comprises a body and a support frame. The body includes a face shell 1 and two webs 2. Front side surfaces of two webs 2 are fixed to an inside surface of the face shell 1. An engaging groove is formed at a connection site between the inside surfaces of the webs 2 and the inside surface of the face shell 1. One positioning groove 11 is formed at an intermediate position on the inside surface of the face shell 1. Two sets of positioning mechanisms 13, 14 combining an upper side surface and a lower side surface of the face shell 1 are provided. The support frame includes two rod-shaped main joint bars parallel to each other, and two sets of rod-shaped sub joint bars bent into a U-shape. The main joint bars are located in the face shell 1, two sets of sub joint bars are located in the webs 2 in parallel, and four end parts of two sets of sub joint bars are joined to four end parts of two sets of main joint bars.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の低効率の問題を解決した高強度コンクリートブロック及びそれを利用した組積壁体とその組積方法を提供する。【解決手段】高強度コンクリートブロックは、ボディと支持枠を含み、ボディがフェイスシェル1と二枚のウェブ2とを含み、二枚のウェブ2の前側面がフェイスシェル1の内側面に固定され、ウェブ2の内側面とフェイスシェル1の内側面との接続部位に係止溝が形成され、フェイスシェル1の内側面の中間位置に一つの位置合わせ溝11が形成され、フェイスシェル1の上側面と下側面に互いに組み合わせる二組の位置決め機構13,14が設けられ、支持枠は互いに平行する二本の直棒状のメイン接続筋と、二組のU字型に曲がった棒状のサブ接続筋と、を含み、メイン接続筋がフェイスシェル1内に位置し、二組のサブ接続筋が平行してウェブ2内に位置し、二組のサブ接続筋の四つの端部がそれぞれ二本のメイン接続筋の四つの端部に接続される。【選択図】図1
