FLOOR POST, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF WOOD DECK USING THIS FLOOR POST
To provide a floor post that can easily construct underfloor structure of a wood deck and has high stability, and a construction method of the wood deck using this floor post.SOLUTION: The floor post comprises: a fixing member 3 that has a back plate 5 fixed on a floor post footing or a foundation, a first vertical piece 6 and a bearing piece 7; a bearing member 4 that has a second vertical piece 9 superposed and connected to the first vertical piece 6 and a placing piece 10 mounting horizontal members 2 for supporting a floor plate material; and an adjustment mechanism 14 that consists of a thread hole formed on the placing piece 10, a shaft member 17 having a thread part 17A to be screwed into the thread hole, and a bearing part formed at the bearing piece 7 and receiving a bottom edge of the shaft member 17. By rotating the shaft member 17 in a state that the bottom edge of the shaft member 17 with the thread part 17A screwed into the thread hole is in contact with the bearing part, the bearing member 4 can be vertically moved relative to the fixing member 3 and the fixing member 3 and bearing member 4 are coupled so as to be able to be fixed at an arbitrary height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】ウッドデッキの床下構造を容易に構築することができると共に、安定性の高い床束およびこの床束を用いたウッドデッキの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】束石または土台の上に固定される座板５と、第一垂直片６と、軸受け片７と、を有する固定部材３、第一垂直片６に重ねて連結される第二垂直片９と、床板材を支持する横架材２が載置される載置片１０と、を有する支持部材４、および、載置片１０に形成されたねじ孔と、ねじ孔に螺合するねじ部１７Ａを有する軸部材１７と、軸受け片７に形成されて軸部材１７の下端を受け止める軸受け部と、からなる調整機構１４、を備え、ねじ孔にねじ部１７Ａを螺合させた軸部材１７の下端が、軸受け部に当接した状態で、軸部材１７を回転させることで、支持部材４が固定部材３に対して上下動可能であると共に、固定部材３と支持部材４とが、任意の高さで固定が可能に連結されている。【選択図】図１０
