To ensure the yield strength of a steel beam by preventing the web having a rectangular through-hole from buckling, etc.SOLUTION: The reinforcement structure of a steel perforated beam includes: a web 12 provided with a rectangular through-hole 20; a steel beam 10 that has an upper flange 14 located at the upper side of the web 12 and a lower flange 16 located at the lower side of the web 12; an upper reinforcement plate 30U joined to the web 12 and the upper flange 14 at the upper side of the through-hole 20; a lower reinforcement plate 30 L joined to the web 12 and the lower flange 16 at the lower side of the through-hole 20; and a pair of vertical stiffeners 50 each of which extends vertically along vertical sides 20B of the rectangular through-hole 20 located at the left and right sides of the through-hole 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
