To provide a bleeding inhibitor capable of inhibiting bleeding without causing decrease in fluidity and strength.SOLUTION: A bleeding inhibitor contains at least aluminum sulfate and an inorganic fine powder, wherein the content of aluminum sulfate is 50 to 90% by mass, and the content of inorganic fine powder is 10 to 50% by mass.
