METHOD FOR DETECTING ABNORMALITY IN MANHOLE PUMP IN ADVANCE
To provide a method for detecting abnormality in a manhole pump in advance that can improve the efficiency of maintenance costs, reduce costs, and reduce the burden on field workers.SOLUTION: It is possible to detect occurrence of the abnormality in advance by extracting current value time series data of the manhole pump for a predetermined period with a learning reference time as an end point, setting together with a state of whether or not the abnormality has occurred between the learning reference time and a time when a predicted detection period has elapsed, creating an anomaly accuracy calculator within the predicted detection period starting from an arbitrary reference time for evaluation by inputting to a neural network to learn, and estimating probability that an abnormality will occur in the manhole pump between an evaluation reference time and elapse of the predicted detection period by inputting the current value time series data for the predetermined period up to the arbitrary reference time for the evaluation into an anomaly accuracy calculator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】維持管理費の効率化やコスト削減し、さらには現場作業員の負担の軽減することができるマンホールポンプ異常の未然検知方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】マンホールポンプの電流値時系列データを、学習用基準時刻を終点とする所定期間分抽出し、前記学習用基準時刻から予測検出期間経過時点までの間に異常が発生したか否かの状態とともにセットとしてニューラルネットワークに入力して学習させることによって、任意の評価用基準時刻を始点とする前記予測検出期間内の異常確度計算器を作成し、前記異常確度計算器に任意の前記評価用基準時刻までの前記所定期間分の電流値時系列データを入力することにより、当該マンホールポンプにおいて前記評価用基準時刻から前記予測検出期間経過後までの間に異常が発生する確度を推測することを以て未然に異常発生の検知が可能となる。【選択図】図1
