COOLING/HEATING BUILDING USING COOL AIR STORAGE TANK, AND BUILDING COOLING/HEATING METHOD USING COOL AIR STORAGE TANK
To powerlessly circulate cool air and warm air in a building using a cool air storage tank in natural convection of the cool air and the warm air by gravity ventilation, and dispense with air-conditioning cost, facility cost and control cost by dispensing with installation of a blower fan and a blower duct using a humidity adjustment type natural exhaust port.SOLUTION: Ventilation passages 19 and 20 for communicating from an underfloor space 7 to an attic space 16 of a building 1 having an airtight structure are provided. A cool air storage tank 22 provided with a cooling device 23 is installed in the attic space 16, and a heating device 26 is installed in the underfloor space 7. A roof part 5 is provided with a humidity adjustment type natural exhaust port 25, and an air supply fan 24 for purifying outside air and supplying the purified air to the underfloor space 7 is installed in the building 1. The building stops operation of the heating device 26 during a summer season, flows down the cool air accumulated in the cool air storage tank 22 through the ventilation passage 20 and cools the inside of the building 1, and stops operation of the cooling device 23 during a winter season, operates the humidity adjustment type natural exhaust port 25 according to indoor humidity, and controls an amount of gravity convection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重力換気による冷気・暖気の自然対流に冷気貯留槽を用いることにより、建屋内の冷気と暖気の環流を無動力で行い、湿度調整型自然排気口を用いることで送風ファンと送風ダクトの設置を不要にすることで、空調費、設備費及び管理費を不要にすることを目的とする。【解決手段】気密構造の建屋1の床下空間7から屋根裏空間16を連通する通気路19、20が設けてある。屋根裏空間16に冷却用機器23を備えた冷気貯留槽22を設置し、床下空間7に暖房用機器26が設置してある。屋根部5に湿度調整型自然排気口25が設けてあり、床下空間7に外気を浄化して供給する給気ファン24が建屋1内に設置してある。夏季には暖房用機器26の稼働を停止し、冷気貯留槽22に蓄えた冷気を通気路20を介して自然流下させて建屋1内を冷房し、冬季には冷却用機器23の稼働を停止し、屋内の湿度に応じて湿度調整型自然排気口25を作動させて重力換気の量を制御する。【選択図】図1
