RADIATION COOLING/HEATING TYPE BUILDING
[Problem] To obtain a heating/cooling effect by optimizing the heat balance of a human body through control of radiant heat from a wall surface, etc., constituting the interior of a room, and thereby provide a comfortable sensible temperature to residents, etc., with less energy consumption. [Solution] A radiation cooling/heating type building (0901) involves a cooling/heating technology that makes the sensible temperature comfortable, by, in a highly heat insulated and highly airtight house, placing a cooling/heating machine (0902) under the floor, circulating cooling/heating air therefrom under the floor, inside walls, and above the ceiling so as to heat or cool all the inner wall surfaces, floor surfaces (0904b, 0905b), and ceiling surfaces (0904a, 0905a) constituting rooms (0904, 0905), controlling radiant heat therefrom, and optimizing the heat balance of people in the rooms.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est d'obtenir un effet de chauffage/refroidissement par optimisation de l'équilibre thermique d'un corps humain par le biais de la régulation de la chaleur rayonnante provenant d'une surface de mur, etc., constituant l'intérieur d'une pièce, et fournissant ainsi une température ressentie confortable aux résidents, etc., ainsi qu'une consommation en énergie moindre. La solution de la présente invention porte sur un bâtiment de type à refroidissement/chauffage par rayonnement (0901) qui comprend une technologie de refroidissement/chauffage qui rend la température ressentie confortable, dans une maison très bien isolée contre les échanges de chaleur et les courants d'air, par le placement d'une machine de refroidissement/chauffage (0902) sous le sol, par la circulation de l'air de refroidissement/chauffage provenant de cette dernière sous le sol, dans les murs, et au-dessus du plafond de façon à chauffer ou à refroidir toutes les surfaces de mur intérieure, les surfaces de sol (0904b, 0905b), et les surfaces de plafond (0904a, 0905a) constituant des pièces (0904, 0905), par régulation de la chaleur rayonnante s'en émanant, et par optimisation de l'équilibre thermique de personnes dans les pièces.
