To provide a flush water tank device and a flush toilet bowl equipped with the same that can reliably maintain an open state of feces/urine flush switching valve in the feces flush mode of the toilet bowl and that can reliably maintain a closed state of the feces/urine flush switching valve in the urine flush mode of the toilet bowl and accurately execute each of the feces/urine flush modes of the toilet bowl.SOLUTION: A flush water tank device 1 includes a feces/urine flush switching device 60. The feces/urine flush switching device includes a switching opening 72 and a feces/urine flush switching valve 74. The feces/urine flush switching valve includes a rotating shaft part 74a, a valve plug body part 74b, and a valve plug auxiliary part 74c. At least one of the valve plug body part and the valve plug auxiliary part is provided with a valve plug adjusting part that adjusts the valve plug body part to be maintained in an open state in the case of feces flush mode.
