TRANSFER OBJECT FALL PREVENTION TOOL AND TRANSFER OBJECT FALL PREVENTION METHOD
To provide means of preventing a transfer object from falling onto a surface of the water between a quay and a vessel, independent of tide and wind conditions.SOLUTION: A transfer object fall prevention tool 1 includes: a plurality of frames 12 extending from a quay Q toward the sea; and a sheet 13 mounted on the frame 12 and extending from the quay Q toward the sea. In addition, the transfer object fall prevention tool 1 comprises: a sheet 14 extending from a vessel E to the quay Q and connected to the quay Q with a part of the quay Q side superimposed on the sheet 13; and an elastic member 17 being a cord of an elastic body connecting the sheet 14 to the quay Q. According to the transfer object fall prevention tool 1, even if a distance between an edge of the vessel E on the quay Q side and an edge of the quay Q is shortened at high tide, the tension generated by the elastic member 17 does not cause a large slack in the sheet 14. As a result, even if the wind rising from the bottom of the sheet 14 is generated, the sheet 14 does not swell up greatly and does not block a driver's view of a backhoe B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】潮の干満や風の状態に左右されることなく、岸壁と船舶の間の水面に移送物が落下することを防止する手段を提供する。【解決手段】移送物落下防止具1は岸壁Qから海に向かい延伸する複数のフレーム12と、フレーム12の上に取り付けられ、岸壁Qから海に向かい延伸するシート13を備える。また、移送物落下防止具1は、船舶Eから岸壁Qへと延伸し、岸壁Q側の一部がシート13の上に重ね合わされた状態で岸壁Qに繋がれるシート14と、シート14を岸壁Qに繋ぐ弾性体の索体である弾性部材17を備える。移送物落下防止具1によれば、満潮時に船舶Eの岸壁Q側の縁部と岸壁Qの縁部の距離が短くなっても、弾性部材17により生じるテンションによってシート14に大きな弛みが生じることはない。その結果、シート14の下から上昇する風が発生しても、シート14が上に大きく膨らまず、バックホウBの運転者の視界を遮らない。【選択図】図3
