ZIRCONIA POWDER, METHOD OF PRODUCING ZIRCONIA SINTERED BODY, AND ZIRCONIA SINTERED BODY
To provide zirconia powder that has excellent moldability, has a high sintered density, and can easily form a colored zirconia sintered body by a simple method.SOLUTION: The zirconia powder comprises zirconia containing yttria in an amount in a range of not lower than 2 mol% and not higher than 6 mol%, and one or more oxide selected from the group consisting of Group 4 to Group 9, Group 12 and Group 14, and lanthanoid. The volume of pores of the zirconia powder having a pore diameter of not larger than 200 nm is from 0.14 to 0.28 mL/g, and the relative molding density when molded at a molding pressure of 1 t/cm2 is from 44 to 55%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 成型性に優れ、高い焼結密度を有し、簡便な方法でカラージルコニア焼結体を製造することができるジルコニア粉末を提供すること。【解決手段】 イットリアを2mol%以上6mol%以下の範囲内で含むジルコニアと、第4族~第9族、第12族、第14族及びランタノイド元素からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の酸化物とを含み、細孔径200nm以下の細孔容積が0.14~0.28mL/gであり、成型圧1t/cm2で成型した場合の相対成型密度が44~55%であるジルコニア粉末。【選択図】 なし
