SYNTHETIC COATING FIREPROOF STRUCTURE OF STEEL COLUM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a synthetic coating fireproof structure capable of preventing hot air from flowing into a space (void portion) surrounded by a fireproof covering material, a wall body and a steel frame column, and ensuring fireproof performance, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A wall body 7 having fire resistance is attached to one side surface of a steel frame column 3 via a mounting member 5, and a fireproof covering material 9 is arranged on the other side surface and extends to the wall body side to abut, so that the outer periphery of the steel column is covered with the wall body and the fireproof covering material. In the wall body, wall panels 35 having a convex protrusion on the upper end surface and a concave fitting portion wider than the protrusion on the lower end surface are laminated in the height direction via a horizontal joint portion 11. In the horizontal joint portion, the protrusion on the upper end surface of the lower wall panel and the inner surface of the concave fitting portion on the lower end surface of the upper wall panel have a gap portion. In the joint portion between the wall body and the fireproof covering material, in the horizontal joint portion, a fireproof material 13 that can be consolidated is arranged on the upper surface of the protrusion and the portion on the steel frame column side in the gap portion around the protrusion over a length equal to or longer than the contact width of the fireproof covering material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱気が、耐火被覆材と壁体と鉄骨柱で囲まれた空間(空隙部)に流入するのを防止して耐火性能を担保できる合成被覆耐火構造及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄骨柱3の一側面に取付部材5を介して耐火性を有する壁体7が取り付けられ、他の側面には耐火被覆材9が配設されると共に壁体側に延出して当接することで、鉄骨柱の外周部を壁体と耐火被覆材で覆うようにしたもので、壁体は、上端面に凸状の突起を有し、かつ下端面に突起よりも広幅の凹状の嵌合部を有する壁パネル35が、横目地部11を介して高さ方向に積層されてなり、横目地部は、下側の壁パネルの上端面の突起と、上側の壁パネルの下端面の凹状の嵌合部内面が、空隙部を有し、壁体と耐火被覆材の取り合い部において、横目地部は、突起の周囲の空隙部のうち、突起の上面および鉄骨柱側の部分に、圧密可能な耐火材13を耐火被覆材の当接幅以上の長さに亘って配設する。【選択図】図1
