To provide a toilet bowl device and a toilet seat device that allow the inside of a bowl part to be visually recognized while a toilet lid is closed without complicating a structure of the toilet lid.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl device 1 comprises a bowl part 8 opened toward an upper side, an illuminating part 11 for illuminating the inside of the bowl part, and a toilet lid 17 for opening and closing an opening of the bowl part.
