To provide a toilet seat device and the like that can improve cleaning performance.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device 30 comprises: a body part 40 configured to be disposed above a bowl 21 of a toilet bowl body 20 and having an outer shell (housing 41); and a toilet seat 50 rotatable with respect to the body part 40. The body part 40 is provided with an illumination part 70 that emits illumination light toward the bowl 21. The illumination part 70 has a light source 71 housed within the body part 40 and a cover part 72 that is a part of the outer shell. A facing part 721 facing the light source 71 in a cover part 72 is thinner than an outer region 722 located on an outer periphery of the cover part 72 and has translucency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
