FLOATING REPAIRING METHOD OF TILE DIRECT STICKING OUTER WALL AND CO-FLOATING RESTRAINING TOOL
To prevent tile exfoliation due to floating generated between a concrete skeleton and sticking mortar in a tile direct sticking outer wall.SOLUTION: A method for repairing the floating of a tile direct sticking outer wall comprises: a drilling step of drilling a hole part reaching a concrete skeleton in an approximately central part of a tile located in a region where a tile floats between the concrete skeleton of a tile direct sticking outer wall and a sticking mortar; an anchor pin fixing step of fixing an anchor pin with an injection port provided with a female screw part on the proximal end side to the hole part; a co-floating restraining jig fixing step of fixing the co-floating restraining jig having an extension pipe and a restraining member to the anchor pin with the injection port in a state in which the restraining member is in contact with the tile direct sticking outer wall; a bonding step in which an injection material is injected from the injection port of the extension pipe, the injection material is diffused into a region wider than a tile in which the hole is formed, and the concrete skeleton is bonded to the sticking mortar; and a releasing step for removing the co-floating restraining jig. 【課題】タイル直張り外壁における、コンクリート躯体と張付けモルタル間に発生した浮きによるタイル剥落を防止することを課題とする。【解決手段】タイル直張り外壁のコンクリート躯体と張付けモルタル間に浮きが生じている領域に位置するタイルの略中央部に、前記コンクリート躯体まで到達する孔部を穿孔する穿孔工程、基端側に雌ねじ部を備える注入口付きアンカーピンを、前記孔部に固定するアンカーピン固定工程、前記注入口付きアンカーピンに、延長管と抑え部材とを有する共浮き抑え治具を、前記抑え部材が前記タイル直張り外壁に接触した状態で固定する共浮き抑え治具固定工程、前記延長管の注入口から注入材を注入し、前記孔部が形成されたタイルよりも広い領域に前記注入材を拡散させ、前記コンクリート躯体と前記張付けモルタルとを接着する接着工程、前記共浮き抑え治具を取り外す解除工程、を備えるタイル直張り外壁の浮き補修工法と、この補修工法に用いる共浮き抑え治具。【選択図】図１
