REPAIR METHOD FOR THIN LAYER FLOATING LAND PORTION OF OUTER WALL TILE
To provide a repair method for the floating land that occurs between the concrete skeleton of a building where tiles are attached to the concrete skeleton via crimping mortar and the crimping mortar.SOLUTION: There is provided a repair method for the thin layer floating land portion of an outer wall tile 3, including a step of forming a groove 6 having a predetermined upper end opening length extending in the longitudinal direction of the joint portion 5, a predetermined depth reaching the inside of the surface of a concrete skeleton 1, and a predetermined narrow width in the lateral direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction in the joint portion 5 of a tile 3 in the floating land occurrence area, a step in which the upper end side has an upper end side length corresponding to the upper end opening length of the groove 6, the vertical length from the upper end side to the opposite lower end side corresponds to the depth of the groove 6, a thin plate-shaped anchor member 7 having a thickness corresponding to the width of the groove 6 is charged into the groove 6, and a step of injecting an adhesive 8 between the inner wall surface of the groove 6 and the wall surfaces on both sides of the anchor member 7 and the floating land between the concrete skeleton 1 and the crimping mortar 2, and a step of filling the joint portion 5 after the adhesive 8 is cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】コンクリート躯体に圧着モルタルを介してタイルが張り付けられている建築物のコンクリ−ト躯体と圧着モルタルとの間に発生している浮陸に対する補修工法を提供する。【解決手段】浮陸発生領域におけるタイル3の目地部5に、目地部5の長手方向に伸びる所定の上端開口長さと、コンクリート躯体1の表面内部に達する所定の深さと、長手方向に直交する横方向に所定の狭い横幅とを有する溝6を形成する工程と、上端辺が溝6の上端開口長さに対応する上端辺長さを有し、上端辺から対向する下端辺までの上下方向長さが溝6の深さに対応し、溝6の横幅に対応する厚みの薄板状アンカー部材7を溝6に装入する工程と、溝6の内壁面とアンカー部材7の両側壁面との間及び、コンクリ−ト躯体1と圧着モルタル2との間の浮陸とに接着剤8を注入する工程と、接着剤8硬化後に目地部5を目地詰めする工程とを備えている外壁タイル3の薄層浮陸部に対する補修工法。【選択図】図7
