METHOD FOR PRODUCING INCOMBUSTIBLE BUILDING MATERIAL BOARD AND RAW MATERIAL COMPOSITION
To provide a method for producing an incombustible building material board in which efflorescence is hard to be generated in a relatively short time without using water and without generating a puncture during hot press.SOLUTION: A method for producing an incombustible building material board comprises: a step in which a mixture at least comprising: an active filler as a latent hydraulic substance of 100 pts.wt.; sodium metasilicate pentahydrate of 25 to 50 pts.wt.; and sodium tetraborate decahydrate is produced; and a step in which the mixture is scattered and bedded into a flask and is thereafter subjected to hot press in the temperature range of 120 to 160°C for 15 to 30 min to mold an incombustible building material, and the sodium tetraborate decahydrate in the mixture is blended by 10 to 30 wt.% to the sodium metasilicate pentahydrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】白華を生じ難い不燃建材ボードを、水を用いずかつホットプレス中にパンクを生じることなく、比較的短時間で製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】不燃建材ボードの製造方法において、水を加えずに、１００重量部の潜在水硬性物質である活性フィラーと、２５～５０重量部のメタケイ酸ナトリウム５水和物と、四ホウ酸ナトリウム１０水和物とを少なくとも含む混合物を生成する工程と、前記混合物を型枠内に散布成層した後、１２０～１６０℃の温度範囲で１５～３０分ホットプレスすることによって不燃建材ボードを成形する工程とを有し、前記混合物における前記四ホウ酸ナトリウム１０水和物は、前記メタケイ酸ナトリウム５水和物に対して１０～３０重量％配合されている。【選択図】なし
