CONTROL DEVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION LOAD
To provide a control device of electromagnetic induction load capable of detecting a load failure suitable for controlling a large number of electromagnetic induction loads.SOLUTION: The control device detects a failure of an electromagnetic induction load based on a current flowing on a reflux circuit, a current flowing on an electromagnetic induction load, and the duty ratio of an on/off signal output from a control circuit. When the duty ratio (load duty DLn) that is calculated from the ratio of the average current of the current flowing in the reflux circuit and the current flowing in the electromagnetic induction load is out of a preset tolerance range Dn±Δd with respect to the duty ratio (output duty Dn) of the on/off signal, the control device determines as a failure of the electromagnetic induction load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】多数の電磁誘導負荷を制御する用途に好適な、負荷故障の検知を行う電磁誘導負荷の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】還流回路に流れる電流、電磁誘導負荷に流れる電流、および制御回路が出力するオン・オフ信号のデューティ比に基づき、電磁誘導負荷の故障を検知する。還流回路に流れる電流と電磁誘導負荷に流れる電流のそれぞれの平均電流の比から算出したデューティ比(負荷デューティDLn)が、オン・オフ信号のデューティ比(出力デューティDn)に対して予め設定する許容誤差範囲Dn±Δd外であれば、電磁誘導負荷の故障と判定する。【選択図】図3
