To prevent a pillar of a frame from interference with a reinforcing-bar, especially a horizontal reinforcing-bar.SOLUTION: A pedestal anchor structure 1 comprises: an anchor frame 3 having at least two anchor bolts 31 arranged side by side in a direction where a horizontal reinforcing-bar extends; and a frame 2 having a pillar 21 supporting the anchor frame 3.
