To address the need to handle sites in which opening to general traffic is essential and to solve the problem of road dust caused by curing sand in paving work where, after spraying asphalt emulsion as a prime coat, the smooth running of asphalt paving equipment and dump trucks is possible in a short curing period without using specialized or large-scale equipment.SOLUTION: After spraying an asphalt emulsion as a prime coat, a high-temperature aggregate whose surface is coated with straight asphalt of approximately equal thickness is used as a curing sand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】舗装工事おいて、特殊で大掛りな機器を用いることなく、プライムコートとしてのアスファルト乳剤散布後、短い養生期間でアスファルト舗装の舗設機器やコンクリート舗装のためのダンプトラックの円滑な走行を可能にし、一般交通への開放が不可欠な現場に対応でき、養生砂による道路粉塵問題が解消されることを課題とする。【解決手段】プライムコートとしてのアスファルト乳剤散布後、略等厚のストレートアスファルトを表面にコーティングした高温の骨材を養生砂として用いる。【選択図】図１
