The invention provides an asphalt aggregate drying machine which comprises a drying roller used for drying aggregate, a storage bin is arranged at the upper end of the drying roller, mixed aggregate is stored in the storage bin, a conveying device is further arranged between the drying roller and the storage bin, and the conveying device is used for separating the mixed aggregate into coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. A first drying cavity and a second drying cavity are formed in the drying roller, coarse aggregate and fine aggregate are conveyed into the first drying cavity and the second drying cavity through the conveying device respectively, mixed aggregate is separated through the conveying device and conveyed into the first drying cavity and the second drying cavity respectively, and separation and drying of the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate are achieved. Therefore, the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate are uniformly heated, the heating temperature of the coarse aggregate and the heating temperature of the fine aggregate are consistent, and the equipment cost is reduced while the adhesion performance of asphalt is improved.
