To provide a multiple dwelling house which can be used as SOHO, and in which work can be performed comfortably.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house includes: a common part 2 which allows people to come from/go to an outside part 11; a plurality of dwelling units 3 which allows people to come from/go to the common part 2; and an office facility space 4 which allows people to come from/go to the common part 2. An office space 31 is provided in each of the plurality of dwelling units 3, and each of the plurality of dwelling units 3 and the office facility space 4 are constituted so as to allow people to come from/go to via the common part 2. The common part has: a common entrance which allows people to come from/go to the outside part; and a common corridor which allows people to come from/go to the common entrance via a first gateway. The office facility space allows people to come from/go to the common entrance via a second gateway, and also allows people to come from/go to the common corridor via a third gateway.
