To provide a method for applying wallpaper that allows even a sticky decorative sheet to be easily stuck again.SOLUTION: A wallpaper 20 has a decorative layer 21 with a decoration given thereto and a substrate layer 22, and an adhesive layer 23 laminated on the side of the substrate layer 22 opposite to the decorative layer 21. When sticking the wallpaper 20 to a gypsum board 10 as an adherend, the wallpaper 20 is stuck with 10 g or more water interposed for a 2.54 cm×10 cm area between the surface of the gypsum board 10 and a sticking face 231 of the adhesive layer 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
