To provide a ground improvement material slurry that, when mixed with a cohesive soil constituting the ground to form a slime, enables stably pumping of the slime, and, when injected into the ground, gives a sufficiently hardened state.SOLUTION: Provided is a ground improvement material slurry, which is a ground improvement material slurry that contains a cement and/or blast furnace slag fine powder, a viscosity reducing agent comprising polyacrylic acid and alkali metal carbonate, and water, and in which the amount of chlorine in the ground improvement material slurry is 40 ppm to 2000 ppm, the pH value of the ground improvement material slurry is 10 to 13, and the oxidation-reduction potential is -0.4 to 0.1 V.SELECTED DRAWING: None
