To provide a conversion of a construction site into a factory which converts a construction site into a work environment as in a factory by sealing and cutting-off a construction site as a work space of a worker from an outer space and further introducing temperature and humidity management technique, dust reduction technique, and VOC (volatile organic compound) concentration management technique.SOLUTION: A conversion of a construction site into a factory comprises sealing means which seals a construction site where civil engineering, or construction or repair of a building is performed, using a plurality of sealing panels with high waterproof property and airtightness or a thermal shrinkage sheet with high waterproof property and airtightness that cuts-off from an outer space. The construction site comprises at least one of a temperature and a humidity management means adjusting temperature and humidity, dust reduction means removing dust, and VOC concentration management means managing and adjusting a concentration of a volatile organic compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業者の作業空間である施工現場を外部空間から密封遮断し、さらに、温度湿度管理技術、粉塵低減技術、及びＶＯＣ（揮発性有機化合物）濃度管理技術を導入することで、施工現場を工場内のような作業環境とする施工現場の工場化を提供する。【解決手段】土木や建築の建設又は補修を行う施工現場を、外部空間から遮断する防水性・気密性の高い複数の密封パネルや防水性・気密性の高い熱収縮シートで密封する密封手段を備え、前記施工現場には、温度及び湿度を調整する温度湿度管理手段と、粉塵を除去する粉塵低減手段と、揮発性有機化合物の濃度を管理調整するＶＯＣ濃度管理手段と、の少なくとも一つ以上を備えたことを特徴とする施工現場の工場化とした。【選択図】図１
