To provide a technique capable of suppressing overrun of a shutter curtain.SOLUTION: An embedded magnet type motor 86 outputs rotational power to a winding shaft capable of winding a shutter curtain. A current control unit 422 controls a current for rotating an embedded magnet type motor 86. A third detection unit 428 detects a load fluctuation of the shutter curtains under a situation where the current control unit 422 is supplying a current to the embedded magnet type motor 86. The current control unit 422 is configured so as to, when the third detection unit 428 detects the load fluctuation, determine necessity of an inversion operation of the embedded magnet type motor 86 while supplying the current to the embedded magnet type motor 86.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
