To provide a floor surface finishing device that facilitates lifting and lowering operations of a finishing trowel while finishing a floor surface.SOLUTION: A floor surface finishing device 100 comprises: a plane leveling machine 3 having a power rotary trowel 2 that rotates in a propeller form while coming in contact with a floor surface 1 to be finished; a plate-form finishing trowel 4 connected in a way that enables lifting/lowering with the plane leveling machine 3 through a connecting mechanism 10 at a part of an outer peripheral region of a rotary plane of the rotary trowel 2; an electric motor 6 linked with the finishing trowel 4 through linking means (a wire 5) for lifting/lowering the finishing trowel 4; a storage battery 8 fitted detachably on an operation handle 7 of the plane leveling machine 3 for supplying power to the electric motor 6; and operation means 9 disposed on the operation handle 7 for rotating/stopping the electric motor 6 and switching between clockwise/counterclockwise rotations thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
