To provide a drainage appliance and a water storage apparatus that can completely drain a stored liquid.SOLUTION: Provided is a drainage appliance that can be attached to a drainage opening formed in a floorboard 30, which comprises: a surface side drainage part 120 provided on a surface side of the floorboard 30; and a back surface side drainage part 150 provided on a back surface side of the floorboard 30 and can be attached to the surface side drainage part 120. The surface side drainage part 120 and the back surface side drainage part 150 are configured to form a drainage path 110 penetrating from the surface side to the back surface side of the floorboard 30. The surface side drainage part 120 extends into the drainage opening, and has a cylindrical surface side connecting part to which the back surface side drainage part 150 is attached, and the surface side flange part extending radially outward from a surface side end part of the surface side connecting part. The surface side flange part has a water flow path extending from an outer peripheral part of the surface side flange part to the drainage path 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
