To provide a printed decorative metal plate with additional function while having functions such as a fireproof function.SOLUTION: A printed decorative metal plate includes one or more layers laminated on a surface of a metal plate. An antiviral agent is added at least to an outermost surface layer of the one or more layers. If an average particle diameter of the antiviral agent is φ (μm) and thickness of the outermost surface layer is D (μm), a relation of expression (1) 0.5D≤φ≤2D is satisfied. Furthermore, a particle diameter of the antiviral agent may have a first peak within a range of 1 to 5 μm, and a second peak different from the first peak within a range of 5 to 10 μm. The antiviral agent may be added by 5 to 10 pts.mass if a solid content of a layer to be added is 100, or the antiviral agent may be added by 5 to 10 pts.mass if a solid content of a layer to be added is 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
