STONE-LIKE COATING MATERIAL, AND MOUNTING MATERIAL USING THE SAME
To provide a stone-like coating material which brings stabilization in the color of a formed coating film such as reduction of color variation of the coating film caused by variation of a colored aggregate, and color variation of the coating film caused by a drying condition of the coating film, reduces discoloration and fading for a long period owing to coloring of the coating film by a plurality of coloring components of a colored aggregate and pigment components, and moderates the change even when there is discoloration.SOLUTION: A stone-like coating material is obtained by mixing a synthetic resin capable of forming a transparent film after cure-drying with a colored aggregate having a particle diameter of 37-2,000 μm. When the stone-like coating material is added with pigment components and adjusted, a color difference ΔE between a color of a coating film before adjustment and a color of the coating film after adjustment is 10 or less. With this, the color of the formed coating film is stabilized, discoloration and fading for a long period is reduced owing to coloring of the coating film by a plurality of coloring components of a colored aggregate and pigment components, and the change is moderated even when there is discoloration.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本開示の石材調塗料は、有色骨材のバラつきによる塗膜の色ブレ、塗膜の乾燥条件による塗膜の色ブレを少なくするなど形成される塗膜の色が安定するもので、有色骨材と色素成分との複数の着色成分による塗膜の着色により長期間の変退色が少なく、変色があった場合であってもその変化が緩やかになる石材調塗料を提供する。【解決手段】硬化乾燥した後に透明なフィルムを形成することができる合成樹脂と、粒径が３７～２０００μｍの範囲の有色骨材とを混合した石材調塗料であって、その石材調塗料に色素成分を添加し調整し、調整前の塗膜の色と調整後の塗膜の色との色差がΔＥで１０以下のものであることにより、形成される塗膜の色が安定するもので、有色骨材と色素成分との複数の着色成分による塗膜の着色により長期間の変退色が少なく、変色があった場合であってもその変化が緩やかになるものである【選択図】なし
