METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING BRIDGE PIER USING HALF-PRECAST CONCRETE
To improve construction efficiency, shorten the construction period, and reduce construction cost by simplifying construction by reducing bar arrangement work at a worksite.SOLUTION: A bridge pier construction method using half precast concrete comprises the steps of: manufacturing concrete half-precast column members 2A, 2B formed by vertically dividing a bridge pier 1 into a plurality of stages, and forming a hollow part 21 in the form of a cavity in which the half-precast column members 2A, 2B are embedded with main reinforcing bars 22 in a vertical direction and vertically penetrate the center of the member in a top view, and no member is arranged therein; integrally stacking a plurality of stages of half-precast column members 2A, 2B in a vertical direction on a base; connecting the main reinforcing bars 22 embedded in each of the half-precast column members 2A, 2B joined vertically to each other with a joint member; and placing a concrete filler 3 in the hollow part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作業現場における配筋作業を低減して施工を簡略化することで、施工効率を向上させることができ、工期の短縮と工事費の低減を図ることができる。【解決手段】橋脚1を上下に複数段に分割して形成されたコンクリート製のハーフプレキャスト柱部材2A、2Bを製作し、ハーフプレキャスト柱部材2A、2Bには鉛直方向の主鉄筋22が埋設され、かつ上面視で部材中央に上下に貫通し、内部に部材が配置されない空胴状の中空部21を形成する工程と、基盤上に複数段のハーフプレキャスト柱部材2A、2Bを上下方向に一体的に積み上げる工程と、上下に接合されるハーフプレキャスト柱部材2A、2Bのそれぞれに埋設される主鉄筋22同士を継手部材で接続する工程と、中空部21にコンクリート充填材3を打設する工程と、を有するハーフプレキャストコンクリートを用いた橋脚構築方法を提供する。【選択図】図2
