To provide a laminate panel having both of sound absorbency and noncombustibility.SOLUTION: A laminate panel 1 is such that a surface fiber layer 4, an adhesive layer 5, a metal layer 31 and a porous layer 2 are integrally laminated in this order. The surface fiber layer 4 has a permeability of 1 cm3/cm2/sec to 50 cm3/cm2/sec. The porous layer 2 has a permeability of 10 cm3/cm2/sec to 400 cm3/cm2/sec. The adhesive layer 5 has an adhesive part 51 and a non-adhesive part 52. The adhesive part 51 adheres to the surface fiber layer 4 and the metal layer 31. The non-adhesive part 52 does not adhere to the surface fiber layer 4 and the metal layer 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
