To provide a laminate panel capable of achieving both sound absorbency and non-combustibility.SOLUTION: A laminate panel 1 includes a porous layer 2, a first fiber layer 31, and a metal layer 5. The porous layer 2 includes a first face 21 and a second face 22 on a side opposite to the first face 21. The first fiber layer 31 is arranged on the first face 21 of the porous layer 2, and includes at least any of fiber nonwoven fabric and fiber woven fabric. The metal layer 5 is arranged on the second face 22 of the porous layer 2. The porous layer 2 and the first fiber layer 31 are bonded directly or indirectly via a non-metal layer 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
