BUILDING APPENDAGE
To mainly facilitate manufacture, transport and installation of a roof section of a building unit and a roof section of a porch.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a building appendage 1 in which a building unit 5 and a porch 6 are arranged adjacent to each other. A roof section 11 installed on the top of the building unit 5 and a roof section 12 of the porch 6 are integrated into a common roof 13 that is large enough to span both the building unit 5 and the porch 6. An air supply section 22 is provided at an eave portion of the porch 6 side of the common roof 13, and an exhaust section 24 is provided at the eave portion of the common roof 13 on the building unit 5 side, and a ventilation path 25 is formed extended from the air supply section 22 on the porch 6 side to the exhaust section 24 on the building unit 5 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】主に、建物ユニットの屋根部およびポーチの屋根部の製造、搬送、取付けを容易化し得るようにする。【解決手段】建物ユニット5とポーチ6とが隣接配置された建物付設物1に関する。建物ユニット5の上部に設置する屋根部11と、ポーチ6の屋根部12とを一体化して、建物ユニット5とポーチ6の両方に跨る大きさの共用屋根13にした。共用屋根13のポーチ6側の軒先部分に給気部22を設け、共用屋根13の建物ユニット5側の軒元部分に排気部24を設けて、ポーチ6側の給気部22から建物ユニット5側の排気部24へ向かう換気経路25を形成した。【選択図】図3
