To reduce re-plumbing work after pitching of a columnar structure to allow even one person to perform the work.SOLUTION: An inclination analysis system comprises: a measurement device 200 that irradiates a device to be measured 300 with light to measure a position of a device to be measured; the device to be measured 300 that includes an attachment part 320 attached to a columnar structure 11 and a reflection part 310 reflecting measurement light; a portable terminal device 100 that includes an output unit 150; a reference value acquisition unit 121 that acquires a first position obtained by measuring, with the measurement device 200, the position of the device to be measured 300 attached to a column base part of the columnar structure 11 as a reference value; a column capital value acquisition unit 122 that acquires a second position obtained by measuring, with the measurement device 200, the position of the device to be measured 300 attached to a column capital part of the columnar structure 11 as a column capital value indicating the position of the column capital; an inclination analysis unit 123 that, on the basis of the reference value and the column capital value, generates inclination information including an inclination direction indicating which direction the columnar structure 11 is inclined; and an inclination information output unit 124 that displays the inclination information generated by the inclination analysis unit on the output unit 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
