ANCHOR BOLT SUPPORT JIG AND SUPPORT DEVICE
To provide an anchor bolt support jig and support device which can steplessly adjust an installation height of an anchor plate supporting an anchor bolt embedded in base concrete using an unwelded jig.SOLUTION: In an anchor bolt support jig and support device, a post angle erected on a base part and a long hole 2 for bolt coupling for height adjustment are formed, a notch part 3 to which a nut 8 is fit is formed, an angle 1 formed with a projection 4 fit to an insertion groove 6 of an anchor plate 5 supporting an anchor bolt is fit to the anchor plate, a bolt 9 is inserted to the angle from the top of the anchor plate, the bolt is screwed to the nut fit to the notch part, and a length of a shank of the bolt projecting from a lower end of the nut is adjusted, whereby an installation height of the anchor plate supporting the anchor bolt can be steplessly adjusted with the bolt as a shaft in a state where the tip of the bolt is brought into contact with the upper end of the post angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】基礎コンクリートに埋設するアンカーボルトを支持する定着板の設置高さを、無溶接の治具を使って、無段階で調整できるアンカーボルトの支持治具及び支持装置を提供する。【解決手段】ベース部に立設するポストアングルと高さ調整するためのボルト締結用の長孔２が形成され、ナット８を嵌入させる切欠部３が形成され、アンカーボルトを支持する定着板５の差込溝６に嵌合させる凸部４が形成されたアングル１を定着板に嵌合させ、定着板の上からアングルに向かってボルト９を差し込み、ボルトを切欠部に嵌入させたナットに螺合し、ナットの下端から突出するボルトの軸部の長さを調整することによって、ボルトの先端をポストアングルの上端部に当接させた状態のままボルトを軸として、アンカーボルトを支持する定着板の設置高さを無段階で調整できるアンカーボルトの支持治具及び支持装置。【選択図】図５
