To provide the configuration of a solar battery panel that is lightweight and improved in impact resistance.SOLUTION: A solar battery panel 1 includes a rectangular substrate 7, a hard layer 5 laminated and bonded onto the substrate 7, a solar battery cell 3, and sealing layers 2, 4 sealing the solar battery cell 3, the sealing layers being laminated and bonded onto the hard layer 5. The hard layer 5 is formed from an orthogonal anisotropy material with high tensile rigidity in one direction, the direction with high tensile rigidity extending along the surface direction of the substrate 7 so as to have a tilt angle within a predetermined range with respect to the longitudinal direction of the substrate 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
