To provide a draining member having excellent adhesive property on a surface of a structure, allowing quick installation and easy return to a previous state before the installation, and providing an excellent appearance of the structure after being attached.SOLUTION: A draining member using a protection sheet for a structure provided at least with a polymer cement cured layer placed on a structure side and a resin layer placed on the polymer cement cured layer. The draining member comprises a draining part on which convex parts are continuously formed in a line shape by folding the polymer cement cured layer being an inner side, and an attachment part continuously attached on the structure through a corner part opposite to a folded part of the draining part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
